I'm not sure if I can make my own ring. ︎

No worries. Our in-store artisans will firmly support you throughout the process. Rest assured that anyone can make a one-of-a-kind heirloom.

How long does it take?

Gold and platinum bands take up to two hours. Silver rings take one to one and half hours.

What is pricing like?

Our prices for gold and platinum rings vary based on the gram of the ring. This gram is dependent on the width of the band you choose, karat, and size of your finger. Our silver rings are a flat rate depending on thickness.

I don't know my finger size.

Our in-store artisans will measure your ring size when you visit us.

Is it okay to take a picture of the making with a smartphone or camera?

Yes. We are happy to assist you with photos or videos in any way you need. Please tag us if you share on social media.

How should I dress?

We will lend you an apron when you work, but there is a possibility that your hands and cuffs will get dirty. We recommend darker colored clothing.

I have a metal allergy. Can people with allergies wear the ring I made?

Metal allergies vary, so we recommend undergoing an allergy test at a medical institution in advance. Some metals we stock (platinum, gold options, silver) contain other metals for easier processing.

How many rings can you make?

Each reservation is for 1-2 people to make one ring each. If you’d like to make additional rings, please contact us in advance.

I’d like to book for a group of people.

Each reservation is for 1-2 people and guarantees two seats. For additional members, please make additional reservation(s). For parties of 6 or more, please email us.

Can you make pinky rings and baby rings?

Yes. If you’re interested in a buy out of the space, please email us.

Can you make pinky rings and baby rings?

Yes. Because of our custom sizing, we can make pinky rings, baby rings, etc.

Is it possible to consult in advance about experiences, ring designs, and prices?

Yes. You can contact us via our contact form. Please be specific about metal, size, and width when inquiring about pricing.

Can I take my ring with me on the day I make it?

Yes, you can take the ring home the same day. Only add-ons such as diamonds, birthstones, or engraving illustrations will require later pick up.

I want to cancel or change the time of my reservation. What should I do?

You can cancel or change the date and time online by the day before. You would like to cancel on the day of the reservation, please contact us at 646-957-0489

Is it okay if the design is not decided yet?

Yes, you can decide on the design upon visiting our store and checking the actual samples. Our in-store artisans can also suggest designs.

Could you send me a catalog?

We do not have a catalog of our styles at this time. For examples, please check out our Instagram @ringram.ny

Can you resize the ring for me?

Yes. If you are dissatisfied with the fit after your visit, we can resize you for a $20 fee.

Do you ship?

No, we do not.

Can I return the product?

Due to the custom nature of each product, unfortunately we cannot accept returns after completion.

How long does engraving take?

Manual engraving can be done the same day. Machine engraving can take 2-3 days. Laser engraving can take 2-3 weeks.

What is your payment method?

Credit or debit cards only. We also accept Apple Pay.
